Getting the Most Out of Interlibrary Loan (ILL)
This video tutorial (3:53) will introduce you to the Interlibrary Loan (ILL) service and its helper, the Full Text Finder service. These two essential services connect you to the articles you need to read for classwork and research.
The Library's online research services contain a vast number of citations to newspaper articles, articles in professional and popular magazines, and articles in academic or scholarly journals. In many cases, you may have direct, immediate access to the complete article, the Full-Text. Just click on the PDF icon or the HTML Text icon to get the article.
Sometimes, you don't see the PDF icon. You'll see the Full-Text Finder icon, which will help you find your way to the full-text article. This tutorial provides all you need to know to get the articles (or books) you need. You'll create a request for the Library to borrow a copy from another library; this is Interlibrary Loan, ILL.

Education Resources & Where to Find Them
This video tutorial (3:47) will introduce you to the particular online services that support research in education.
The Online Resources A-Z page for Education is introduced in the tutorial. That page contains links on the right side of the page to Library Guides that are particularly relevant to support education students.
The detailed library guide for Education Research & Resources is shown there. It provides another entry point for College of Education students and faculty to begin their work.
