Library Services for Athens Students & Faculty

This guide describes the services that the Library provides for students and faculty at the University's Athens campus.

Overview

Research and Learning Support for Athens Students and Faculty

Through the Library website, students and faculty based in Athens have easy access to research assistance, information services, and research materials. Please refer to the tabs on the left for access to discipline-specific online resources, such as journal articles and ebooks, and to assistance with access to printed books from the Arrendale Library or at UGA.

Need Personal Assistance from the Library?

Athens campus students and faculty, and any other remote/online users, may contact a librarian for direct assistance at the Arrendale Library by phone at 706-776-0111. You can also use the chat widget that is available on the right-hand side of all library webpages. Someone is almost always available during these hours

The Ask a Librarian page has a form you can use to submit questions via email, and that email queue is monitored every day.

Please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance!  We can talk by chat, by phone, by email, or if preferred, by Zoom.
